3. SERVICE CONTRACTING
3.1 Service Selection
You can choose the pricing option that best suits your needs by selecting one of the standard prices we offer on the Website or by contacting us for assistance in clarifying your doubts and analyzing which option fits your needs best.
We provide you with the option to make payments for the Services through the Website as detailed in section 4. Once the payment for the Services has been completed, you will receive an email confirming its validity along with all the relevant information, after which you will be able to access and use the Services on the Website.
If you do not receive the confirmation of the Service contract, we ask that you check if the payment was correctly processed in your bank account. If the payment is confirmed, check your spam or junk email folder. It should be there. If not, please do not hesitate to contact us through our usual channels.
3.2 Duration of Service, Cancellation, and Renewal
The Service will have the term selected on the Website during the contracting process. If you wish to terminate the Services without justified cause before their expiration, the amounts already paid up to that point will be retained as a penalty and as part of the Client’s request for early termination, without releasing you from any other due payments.
Once the initial term ends, we will automatically renew the Services unless you expressly notify us at least one month before the expiration date of your intent not to continue.
3.3 Service Modification
At RepScan, we reserve the right to modify the Services or any part or element thereof from time to time without prior notice, including, but not limited to:
- Changing the brand, branding, or pricing (including price adjustments to be applied on the next renewal date of the Services) at our sole discretion.
- Discontinuing or suspending the development of any RepScan Services, features, or elements of the Website or Services, either temporarily or permanently.
- Taking necessary actions to preserve RepScan’s rights in response to any use of the Services that can be reasonably interpreted as a violation of RepScan’s intellectual property rights, the distribution of internet viruses, worms, trojans, malware, and other destructive or illegal activities.
We will notify you of such modifications as appropriate so that you can accept them if necessary. If you do not accept these modifications, you must notify us before the effective date of the modification, and the Services will terminate on the effective date of the modification.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT

You have the right to withdraw from the Services for any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of contracting, provided that you have not used them. After these 14 calendar days from the Service contract date, you will no longer be able to withdraw.

Once the withdrawal is exercised, we will refund the price as soon as possible, and in any case, within 14 calendar days. We will make the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction unless you specify otherwise. You will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund.
If you wish, you can use the withdrawal form provided in Annex I of these Terms of Use, although it is not mandatory.
4.6 Promotions
RepScan may establish promotional campaigns for its services at any time, which will remain in effect as long as they are published on the Website or for the time specified in the promotion itself. 7.2 Force Majeure
The fulfillment by RepScan Technology, S.L. of all or part of its obligations will be suspended in the event of a fortuitous event or force majeure that prevents or delays compliance. These include, but are not limited to: war, riots, insurrection, social unrest, strikes of any kind, and supply issues beyond our control.
If a fortuitous event or force majeure occurs, we will inform you within 10 days of its occurrence. If this suspension extends beyond 30 days, you will have the option to cancel the reservation, and we will proceed with the refund under the conditions outlined in these Terms of Use.
