How long does it take to get content removed?
Content that violates your rights or the platform's policies is usually removed within days or a few weeks of the request. If the case has to be reinforced with legal arguments or deindexing has to be requested, it takes longer.
We submit the request to the platform, the media outlet or the search engine with the arguments its policy accepts.
Each platform has its own review times: we follow up and reinforce the request if it is delayed.
If the platform keeps it up and we believe it should come down, we reinforce the case with the rights the content violates and request its deindexing.
